Return Policy
Non-Perishable Products
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a non-perishable product purchased from our retail store or website, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.
Conditions for Return
The product must be unopened and in its original condition.
The product must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
How to Return
In-Store Purchases: Please bring the item(s) and your receipt to the store where the purchase was made. Our staff will be happy to assist you with your return.
Online Purchases: Contact our customer service team at orders@www.expertturf.co.nz to initiate the return. Please provide details of your order and the product you wish to return.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, product damaged in transit).
Our Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error or the product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product and confirm its condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Perishable Products
Due to the nature of perishable products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these items, except in the case of products that arrive damaged or go missing during transit.
Refunds for Damaged or Missing Products:
If a perishable product is damaged or does not arrive, please contact our customer service team at orders@www.expertturf.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving the product (or expected delivery).
We may request photos or other documentation of the damage. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the issue is confirmed.
